What happens after I’ve placed my order?

After you have placed your order, we will package it and ship it off to you as soon as possible. Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure they don't get stuck over the weekend.

How are products delivered to me?

We use both UPS and the post office depending where the package will be shipped. All Orders are shipped frozen and in insulated bags. Our products are smoked and ship well.

What is your refund or exchange policy?
